Welcome to the Indiana Student Financial Aid Association (ISFAA) Strategic Plan

The development of ISFAA's Strategic Plan began in late 2021 and concluded with its unveiling at the ISFAA Winter Conference in March 2023. Guided by a comprehensive, collaborative process, the plan reflects the commitment to advancing the organization and supporting its mission. With approval from the ISFAA Executive Board, Stephen Hundley and Caleb Keith from IUPUI facilitated the process. A dedicated Task Force met regularly throughout 2022, conducting an environmental scan, situational analysis, and refining ISFAA’s mission, vision, and values. The result is a forward-thinking plan that aligns ISFAA's goals with the evolving landscape of higher education.
